• The Main House sleeps up to 20 guests across five spacious suites that can be rented together or separately: one 3-bedroom suite, two 2-bedroom suites, two 1-bedroom suites and a media room with two pullout sofas. Perfect for large families or groups who want to stay together while still enjoying private space.

• The Beach House offers two expansive 4-bedroom suites, accommodating up to 18 guests in total, making it ideal for retreats, celebrations, or multi-family gatherings.

• Events: The property can accommodate up to 125 guests for special occasions and full-property buyouts, making it ideal for weddings, private celebrations, and exclusive gatherings.

With only seven individual private accommodations across the estate, Emerald Wave is an ultra-private sanctuary, featuring abundant outdoor lounge areas, “Nassau’s prettiest pool,” and direct access to a private beach with immaculate ocean views and year-round swimming.
